THE MOST RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL LADY I HAVE EVER MET IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. She SHOUTED at me for not using the correct dryer setting when in fact her dryer was spoilt! She then SHOUTED at me 'DO NOT EVER COME AGAIN' and said she would call someone to KICK ME OUT. I just wanted to wated to wash/dry my clothes quickly before going on vacation. Instead, I paid paid twice the money to run her SPOILT dryer. I have NEVER been this badly harassed by anyone else in my entire life and will be reporting her to the community. I have lived in Rothenburg for one year and people here have been so pleasant but this woman is ruining the atmosphere of Rothenburg. I REFUSE to pay someone 14 euro for laundry and have them shout at me for a service they are SUPPOSED to provide.
No longer provides a coin operated laundry service. Wouldn't take my laundry at all. Word of advice to other travellers, you'll need to travel to Wurzberg for a laundry service, about an hour and a half by train... 15 euros.So that's my day of sightseeing gone, and my daily budget gone :(
As of this date Sept. 20th 2018 I found out this laundry is closed to public. All they doing is commercial laundry, Hotel's, etc......
da ist einer sauer schlecht deutsch versteht, sagte mir selber waschen gibts nicht mehr, nur noch fuer kleinen Hotel. ich: so ok. wollte eig auch fuer kleinen Hotel fragen wegen preis. sie sagte zu mir geht nicht. das ist echt ein witz.
